We offer a range of affordable housing for families, couples and single people so that those on housing benefit can find a place they can call home.

We are keen to provide ‘move-on’ housing for those who are transitioning to independent living, both to help them get on their feet and to free up space at hostels and in other assisted accommodation for those in a crisis situation.

We are not a charity but a self-funded organisation, supported by parent company Inspire Group, with a passion to look after community needs.

Inspire Housing has been building and managing a portfolio of rental properties in the private sector since 2003. We have seen how the housing shortage has created a critical situation with exorbitant prices forcing many to take sub-standard accommodation. We want to help resolve the challenges that local authorities and charities face on a daily basis in finding decent and affordable rental properties, in order to provide excellent accommodation for those who receive housing benefits.
